My only two problems were with the car rental, not Fortune itself. However, I think these issues also respect poorly on Fortune. ****) I wasn't asked which car I wanted. I was assigned an expensive one, with no consideration to fuel economy, or cost of damage waiver. 2) When I returned the car, I didn't receive any sort of receipt, and no one was able to inspect the car (meaning my liability continued past the time I returned it).
My experience with Fortune itself was very professional and expedient.

Staff were really nice. I was disappointed to see my low tire pressure light was on when I picked it up yesterday. I feel that pressure and fluids should have all been checked as a courtesy, and tires aired up before they handed me my keys. This added 10 minutes on to my trip while on my lunch break which was slightly stressful. It just made me feel that other things may not have been checked, things that could have been affected in the wreck.
Other than that, the experience was simple and they were willing to work with my schedule and hand washed my car per my request due to having an after market roof rack.

I had places on my bumper that were scratched and then touched up but they said they were already there. Later I found another place that was scratched and touched up too that I'd never seen before. I received a call during the time that my car was being repaired saying that the paint had been bumped and that they had to keep it a little longer to repaint it.

The only minimal complaint that I have is that in the "hatch" there were dirty foot prints and something splattered on the inside side of the vehicle.
