The original estimate was $767. We took the car in and several days later I called to check the progress. They had already been working on the car. It was only then when I asked to verify that the estimate was going to be the correct price. At that time I was told the the final amount was $998.89.
No one ever called the check with us regarding the the huge jump in the estimate! The only reason we even knew the increased price was because I had called them! We were not happy with the increased cost especially when no one ever called to check with us before they proceeded with the work!
We paid the bill because we had little choice. But we felt the handling of the bill was extremely unprofessional and unfair. Ted and Patty Scheer

You have no attention to detail. The carpet in the trunk was not put back the way it was installed initially. I made it a point to show them that the right and exhaust tip had been pushed forward. They did nothing to correct this until I call it to their attention when I came to pick the car. So I waited around while they tried to re-position the exhaust and it still all right. I received two text messages telling me that the car was complete when I called to verify this I was told that those went out premature and they still had a few things to do and that they would call me when it was ready. The following day I received a call from the rental car company telling me my car was complete. So I called you to verify it was complete. Just a total lack to detail I would not recommend all angles
