The repair and rental process was seamless. The staff were helpful and efficient. The only flaw....which was slight... was that the messages were not timely. For example, I received word that my car was finished one day after it had already been fixed and returned to me....so if there is a problem at all, it would be with the automatic messaging. Again, the live process was terrific!

I had Statefarm once a upon a time and went through one of their collision centers. I have to say that there collision center doesn't compare to your customer service. You guys had a rental car on site. Sent me text notifications on the progress of my vehicle. Making me feel at ease that I wasnt forgotten, and even managed to finish early. I appreciate the great job and service.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. I have never had such a great experience with a repair shop. I knew the status of my car at all times and the one time I called with a question the staff was extremely attentive and called me back with an answer within minutes.
