The service regarding repair and pick up date was great and went the extra mile. unfortunately, They lost a box that was in the back seat of my car containing an expensive light fixture in a west elm box lapped 'lamp'. They did not place in the truck as it was full but to the side in a designated area. When I went back to recover my proper it was go. It was towed directly from my home to the center which is only 20 minutes away so there was no stop from my home to the facility.

My car was left with nonfunctional air bag, horn, and steering wheel convenience controls after being fixed here when it went it with suspension and steering issues. So I feel insecure about the repairs done to my car and my car was returned to me in unsafe conditions. The airbag and horn are two important safety features so to have an error like this is irresponsible as a business.
