Somehow Lakeside collision lost four(4) floor mats we purchase from the Lexus car dealership during the repair period. We asked the office people to find it those four floor mats. If not, they have to purchase the same quality mats from Lexus dealership. It never happened before except this place. We are not happy at all about this. Hope they can find out soon and contact us soon.
