Did take a few days longer to get the car back but great job ????????????

Wasn't a perfect job but I'm a perfectionist. I'm not willing to part with my car again to have it corrected. It's good enough to pass most people's eye.

All good. Be careful about what looked like putty sealant. I found some loose putty chunks in the trunk. Nothing major though.

Perfectly smooth experience working with GEICO and Auto Body Connection to repair some damage to the front bumper. Really convenient having Enterprise there to pick up a rental car as well. Everyone was pleasant and professional, and the repair looks great. Thank you!

My car looks perfect and it appears that attention was paid to the undercarriage and under the hood. Thank you for making sure the interior was clean.

I liked how everything was clearly explained to me, the professionalism of everyone who helped me, the quickness of the repair, how the repair appears to be flawless, and how well the car was cleaned before returning it to me. One additional comment unrelated to the actual repair service: when I returned the rental car, I would have liked to have received a receipt concerning the return of the rental when I handed the keys over to an employee of Auto Body Connection. We walked around the car verifying no damage was done to the rental car, but I have nothing for my records showing I handed in the rental car though I obviously did. It is my fault too because I forgot to ask for a receipt and one was not offered, probably because of how late the car was first ready to be picked up. I am still extremely satisfied despite this little point.

Adjuster, Jessica, was friendly, pleasant & professional. She thoroughly explained how the process of the repairs would proceed & she gave me all of her info so that I could contact her....Jessica made herself available....she was "first rate." Auto body shop was communicative although car was not completed in time. I had to return to discuss the electronical failure & they sent me to the Aufi dealer to complete repairs. I have to contact Geico to request supplemental authorization to charge auto shop for completion of electrical repairs. Big inconvenience....big disapointnent & waste of time :(
