Good job overall. Only bummer was I only had one headlight broken so only one was fixed. Not something I can hold against (seeing as insurance was paying) but would have been nice to have the option of replacing both.

While the car was cleaned very well, the process took 3 days longer than expected and was not ready the first time I went to pick it up. The people who work there have good customer service and seem to know what they are doing, apart for not having the car ready. I was happy they offered to cover the extra days on my rental car.

It was bad enough that the work took almost twice as long as the original estimate, then it was delayed an additional 3 days (over a weekend) for seemingly random reasons like the weather and "we ordered the wrong part." But then I picked up my car to see 200 extra miles on the odometer.
