first off, let me say that Jackie was fantastic. She is very professional, attentive and a great ambassador for your company. Now, on the bad side, I was told my car would be completed by the afternoon on Friday, May 19th. That day came came and since I was heading out of town, I told Jackie I would just pick up my car Monday, May 22, so I then returned my rental car that morning since a friend was going to be driving anyway. Later that afternoon I received a call from Jackie saying she had some bad news. The distance control indicator was damaged and they didn't catch it when they put the car together so they had to take it apart again to replace it, but the problem was they couldn't find the part anywhere and estimated they would have one by Weds, May 24. Knowing this I now had to rent a car again to have for work. This now added an additional cost that I had to encounter because a mistake by the mechanic that was working on my car. Weds came and went and they got the part but would not have my car completed until Friday, May 26th. Friday finally came and was told there was an issue with the sensor they installed so they needs to have some guy come at the end of the day to calibrate it. When he got there he said there must be something wrong with the sensor they installed because he kept getting an error message. Jackie had me come pick up the car anyway and set up a time for me to bring it back this Weds to attempt to get it fixed. Now I have to go there in the morning again to drop off the car, pick up their loaner so they can try to get this finally fixed. Now I will be without my car again... I already spent an extra $60 on a rental car from last week (my portion) and now in total I will be without my car for a forth week in a row. This job should not have taken any more than 2 weeks yet because of no fault my mine, I am entering a forth week without my car fixed. I trust Morries to service my Cadillac and have always taken it there and received great service. Unfortunately the body shop has not lived up to that standard and I would be hard pressed to use it again or recommend it to anyone I know. I appreciate the opportunity to give you my feedback and I look forward to your response back on how you can make this right for me. Thanks, Tony Taronno ****-****-xxxx

Excellent work. The automated system has some bugs that need to be addressed. Car was not ready when it said it was and I wasted 2 hours driving to and from.
