Your collision center has done work on my truck before. It turned out perfect last time, as well as this time. And thanks for cleaning my truck before delivery. You will always have my business. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. I usually don't like going to dealerships but this is by far the best dealership I had the pleasure of dealing with. I love the updates through email as well. Great job!

Only wish that the alignment would have been checked like we had requested as we believe the car was knocked out of alignment in the rear end collision. Doesn't look like they even checked it.

Team was excellent from beginning to end. Called and gave status and went out of their way to let me know they would be working briefly on Saturday and i could pick up then if I wanted which I did because it was so convenient! Great job by all!

Very disappointed that an issue with my car that had a service bulletin was extremely expensive to repair. It is a very irritating noise and nothing that I did as a driver or car owner. At the moment this expense is too extreme for us to fix. Before I sent my car in the noise was happening at a speed of 65 or higher. Now after I got it back the noise is happening at 45 mph.

We are traveling and have been since pickup. The drivers side automatic door is not working at all. Maybe it was unplugged or something? It is totally unresponsive and that is not normal. If we don't figure it out ourselves, I will make contact when I return home in May.

Number one I was told that my vehicle was going to be Keppra three days it was kept for five days and I had called on the fifth and find out where my car was number two when I went to go pick up my vehicle it was pouring rain the guy at the counter handed me my key and told me my car was on the front lot. I had to have my mom drive me up-and-down a lot looking for my vehicle in the pouring rain number three the blinker on the driver side front stopped working after the accident I told repair guy twice about it he said that it would be fixed during your safety inspection it wasn't then when I brought that to your repair guys attention he said that you would have to run it back through the insurance company to see if they would pay for it and that I would have to bring my vehicle back in on Saturday. If I want to pay for it out right it would be 40-60 and I would be without my car again. Took it to NTB they had it done under 45 minutes cost me less than 14 and lastly my vehicle still not fixed the hatchback now makes a loud clanking sound when you open and close it inside because something does not sound like it was bolted back down so now I have to once again be without my vehicle while you guys fix it so no I'm not happy. I bought multiple cars from you guys over the years I will not be doing that anymore I brought my vehicles in to be repaired by you guys for various reasons and I will not be doing that anymore.
