The repair looks great and all the electronics seem to be working. We have noticed a rattle in the back of the car, however. We may bring it in if we are not able to discern where it may be coming from. Thank your for the repair

I was happy with the customer service. Pat is great, as well as Jill. Everyone was very friendly. I'm not happy that there was an issue with my car (even it the issue was unrelated to the accident that caused the damage) and when I called to ask about it, there was nothing that they knew. When I came back the next day there was an issue with the spark plugs and they were aware of the codes from the diagnostic they ran. It was very upsetting. I understand the issue is not the fault of the body shop, but it was upsetting to wait 3 weeks for my car, pick it up, and it shaking without any answers.

Since I seem to be involved in more accidents that are not my fault than would seem probable, I have had the opportunity to work with Burton's many times over the past few years. Their work is flawless and their customer service is exceptional. They are also just a kind and friendly team who make my experience as comfortable and painless as possible under the circumstances. I highly recommend Burton's and will continue to work with them in the future.
