I had to return my vehicle after finding unacceptable results in the body work - plastic bumper not properly secured, scratches, and dings in the bumper and above the exhaust, the light in the bumper wasn't property aligned, and there appeared to be a drip (or something that looked like a drip) in the paint. Service advisor kept asking me to give him a 9 or 10 in the follow-up survey, regardless of the unacceptable body work. I have lost all confidence that I had in this shop and the workmanship... my experience has made me question everything about the report. The mechanical part of the repair seems acceptable. This shop needs to have much better quality control measures in place. I would be embarrassed if I were them.

Your supposed email updates on the status and process with the body shop was a joke. I got a text today, telling me that my car was delivered today and in reality I picked up the car 3 days earlier.
It took 3 calls to get a status update and a threaten to call the general manager to get the service advisor to call back.
Instead of talking to me, set up a fake body shop repair and see how the pieces DON'T fit..
The bodywork was excellent but the other parts were substandard at best..

My Hyundai was very beautiful when I got it back , it looks exactly how it did when I bought it off the lot only 4 months ago . The repairs only took 6 days to fix and I was able to pick up my Hyundai the exact day it said the car would be done that meaning they did a speedy job .
