I found the staff at the North Durham ABRA auto body to be completely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I felt completely comfortable doing business there. Xavier thoroughly walked me through the process and kept me informed of the progress. Pam also excels in customer service. Work was high quality.

Not completely happy with how I was treated by Pam and Josh. Chris was much more professional. Still not happy with imperfections in paint or scratch in door that is not there in my before pics. For over $5000 I expected more. Don’t plan on using them again unless I need warranty work. Heard all the excuses already. Also Pam talks negatively about the other shops employees where I as a customer could hear. She also rolled her eyes when I said I would pay when the work was done. Just not very professional. I do appreciate Chris and the extra time he took with me. He should be running the shop

Chris did not view the car with me. I received the car and several items are wrong. Hood does not close properly, headlights are not aligned properly, large gap between hood and fender, anti freeze was charged but was only filled under the minimum line (had to purchase a gallon from Honda for $20), and headlight on right has a gap underneath. When we picked up the car the old airbag was still in the front floor board. It’s only been 24 hours from the time I picked up the car I will continue to make a list of items that are wrong. Thanks for the survey!

This is about the 4th or 5th time we use Abra and we keep using them because they are good, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, thorough, respectful, and just know their stuff. From the reception to the estimates, to the repairs, itsya very well done job that makes the customer feel confident and returning when the need arises again. My husband does not hesitate ever — “just take it to Abra, they do a great job!”

The service was slow, confusing and there were several points of misinformed or incorrect info. The work was done fine, although I suspect it was more expensive that at other places but we learned that too late.

Bumper cover missing. Grit under paint. Glass scratched and not same as before they broke it. Door film missing. Good dent repair visible and fender still pertuding
