I am completely satisfied with the finished job. However, the wrong part was ordered causing delays. Also the individual at the front desk did not represent your customer service claims.
DJ was very helpful in resolving all of the issues I had when I finally made him aware of my frustrations.
I would be happy to discuss this with someone but there is nothing to be done at this point. DJ took care of it and I have my truck back looking as thought the deer never ran into me.

Then today I was told they tried to find a light
replacement only today and they missed getting one
by a short period of time. If they knew they had to teplace it why
Wait till the ladt minute to try to secure one?
Now I left the shop being told they would try to potentially find a
replacement.
The rest of the job went well.

DJ and Marge were outstanding. After hitting a deer and needing to return to Wisconsin, the McGuire team came through for us in a major way. The car was first available to McGuire on Tuesday and by Friday it was repaired and ready to go. We were amazed. Automated email updates are cumbersome and somewhat misleading. Estimates on completion time were more accurate (and informative) when delivered by phone.

When I showed up to pick up the vehicle I witnessed the crew drive the truck from one bay across the lot to another bay while dragging my spare tire cable from underneath the truck. The alignment was off so bad that I have to hold my steering wheel at 11 o'clock to go straight. I have to come all the way back on Wed to have it re-aligned. I will NOT use this facility again.

The repairs made to the car where excellent. But during the repair there was damage( puncher) to the leather on the drivers seat. This should have been brought to are attention.

Since I already have replied to the delivery email stating that I have not gotten my truck returned it makes no sense to again display my displeasure with Maguire having my vehicle for more than a month and promising various return dates that are not met. Therefore you keep the truck and I will cancel making payments as I cannot trust any future expected return date.
