Confusion in notification process when repairs were completed. One minor area of paint in panel seam did not seem to be perfect -- which is what we have come to expect of Chantilly Auto Body.

The staff members are always helpful, very friendly and courteous, and I believe they care about customer satisfaction. However, my recent experiences have involved delays that should have been avoided and have cost me money to cover my rental car! Situations concerning ordering parts, making corrections that were necessary due to mistakes made during assembly, and Quality Control that is not sufficient, not effective enough. The last three times I've had work done at CAB, I've had to return to have corrections made and/or the job actually completed as I expected it to be.

The repairs were done properly and on time as promised. I would certainly recommend friends and family to Chantilly Auto Body for any type of collision or accident repairs. The staff was very professional and courteous + kept me up to date on any additional repairs that were needed and not originally quoted by my insurance claims agent. I especially want to thank Mr. Hawthorne and Mr. **** for all their assistance through the process. Great work guys!!!

Service was superb! We have had the pleasure of having had Chantilly Autobody service our vehicles a number of times through the years and have always experienced top notch care (pleasant, knowledgeable, and timely) and a just like new end-product! I was well informed on what was happening with my car. The car was cleaned inside and out and it look great. When I showed up without a mask, I ask a work if he could get one for me and he did without hesitation. Extremely please with the service. I would highly recomend your shop.

In the end the repairs were excellent. I was a bit frustrated with the time it took to get the headlight, but understand that is not all within your control. Your team should have noticed the chip on the newly painted bumper that delayed delivery another day. Again, the final repair was excellent, it just took a lo ger than expected.
