Very thankful to everyone that fixed my vehicle. The entire process was very simple and punctual and if I had any questions martha was very helpful and polite. Everyone did an awsome job getting my vehicle like new. Im very thankful for everything.

I was referred to PRIDE by my car dealer and given Todd’s calling card when i was looking for a shop that can replace my bumper. I was outside waiting for the shop to open at 8 am. I was too early eventhough it wasn’t 8 am yet Todd was there and welcomed me in. I showed him my damaged car and he was able to give me a quote and asked me how I will pay for it and I said the guy who hit my car will pay for it. At first he suggested that I have to go through the insurance company because it might cost more than what was quoted because the damage quoted was just the outside and if there’s any damages inside the bumper price of repair might go up. I brought in the person who hit my car and Todd helped me deal with him and get an assurance from him that he’ll take care of paying the repair. Overall the Pride Mission Hills team have successfully and did a great job on replacing the damaged parts of my car and made it look new again. Another good thing was the constant update of the status and progress of the car on e-mails which really helped. I was a happy customer when I left the Pride shop this morning. Thank you!
