I never was called to advise that vehicle was ready. The only email I got was thanking me for using Haggerty and confirming that I had picked up the vehicle which I did not. I expected a call when the car was ready. It was a week longer than I anticipated, not really a problem but could have notified better.

The only thing that didn't work was the e-mails I got to check on status. They kept coming with a link that was for a webdoc:// something which never did any thing.
