My only comments would be to provide more useful correspondence with regards to the damage and repair process timeline. An automated email saying we have your vehicle and the job is 52% complete just doesn't cut it for me. When asked I was provided with the specific information I was looking for on the repair and timing. However, it seems that this level of information should be communicated to all regardless of the needs of an individual customer.

Your email system indicated my vehicle was done a day earlier than it was. Was prepared to pick up vehicle, when called to ask to be picked up, was told was not ready that it was a AAA mistake. How can it be AAA when the email comes from Hines Park. This created an issue for the following day travels.
The repair itself looked good, no issues and car was returned cleaned. Very satisfied with the repair itself.
