My experience of the customer service at the collision center led me pull my car from there. I asked the manager to call me back so wecould talk and I received a call from the receptionist to tell me to pickup my damaged car! He couldn’t take the time to talk to his client/customer? I will not take my car to the service department or buy a car there because of the way I was treated.

You make collision repair seamless and worry free. I love the fact that I can pickup and dropoff my rental car at the same time I’m dropping off my car for repairs. Samantha was a terrible representive of Toyota. My vehicle had new damages after I picked it up in which Samantha insured me where there prior to dropping it off only to change her tune once I asked for proof. Marty was able to insure I got a proper repair but the hassle of dealing with Samantha has made me question any further business with Toyota. I suggest an review of the mechanics that work on my vehicle and definitely Samantha as she is not fit to work in the customer service field.

I brought the car in on a Tuesday and it was estimated on being ready 8 days later on a wednesday,i had to initiate the phone calls to finding out that they couldn't get a window trim part till the next week. So I ended up taking delivery of the car the next day on Thursday and having to come back the next Tuesday to finish the repairs.

The body technician's work very good. The administrative side of my account was poorly handled. Disorganized, poor communication and general unprofessional. Lost paperwork, dumped responsibility of solving problem with insurance company on me , when the problem was really found to be on Cobb County Toyota's side. Took 5 weeks to do my work.
Seems to me to be a management/Supervisory problem. Maybe they put too much on their
Account representatives. I'll never use this collision center again.
