You changed out my color matching mud flaps to black cheap mud flaps. We are extremely upset. The car looks terrible. Your employees were difficult with us and insistent that the cheap black mud flaps were our original mud flaps. Due to not wanting such confrontation from your staff, we took the car with the intention of solving this issue through our insurance company.
