Corey Moreland, in the Collision Dept at David McDavid Lincoln Plano, did a superb job of providing excellent customer service in the repair of our 2011 Navigator. For many reasons there were multiple delays in the repair but he went above and beyond in assisting us with our car rental and in having our vehicle beautifully detailed prior to delivery to us!! That is outstanding customer service and we will most definitely be returning to Lincoln Plano for all our repair needs as well as our future new vehicles. Kudos to Corey for a supervisory job very well done!

I was quoted 14 days to receive my vehicle back and it took a month and you all burned a hole in my drivers side seat. I finally got my car back today and am very disatisfied and will be contacting my insurance company tomorrow to advise them to no longer refer to David McDavid and share with them my awful experience.
