Repair is done but new problems such as rear door rattling noice and rear door ajar sign is on even when the door is closed. These problems were not present when the car was dropped off for repairs. Quality control is poor.

Juan was great and kept me updated. Not happy woth the technician who serviced my vehicle, he did not complete it correctly and now I will have to take it back. It should be fixed the first time. Also, IRA has bad customer service and did not like how I was addressed. He also did not relay what needed to be fixed and so car was delivered without t gat repair. It does not matter whose customer it is, he should have been a team player to represent service king. Thankfully Juan had great customer service and that helped diffuse the situation.
