The paint looks like a brand new truck. I am concerned about the possible wind noise from the replacement door. I haven’t gotten the truck in the highway yet but I was doing about 65 and I could hear more wind noise that I used to hear.

The gentleman there fixed my problem right then and there. He kept me from being upset about the situation. So this gentleman saved me $169.00 by fixing the issue. So Vincent owes him for fixing my car.

When I got my car back it was dirty in the inside. My cloth seat was/is covered with spots that were not there and other parts of the interior are covered with some white substance (compound?). I have never gotten a car back from a body shop or service station before that was dirty. It was clean when I brought it in. Unfortunately it is a very busy week at work and I can’t take my car back to SK until next week, but I am not happy about that.

One week has passed since I delivered my car to your location near my home. Meadow and royal. It was moved to another location losing one full day. Then no word. I called yesterday to get some kind of report. I was told car was still I worked on while new facility was seeking more insurance as they found more damage. So as of yesterday nothing done and no word when I will get my car. I have rent car which I do not like to drive. I am very unhappy with service king lack of communication between shops and with me.
