I got at least two if not three calls from Dwayne asking me questions that had he asked Laura would have been answered. It seems there was some missing in-house communication. Also, I asked last week about securing a rental while my car was in the shop and he said he would take care of it. I arrived for my repair this week and when he phoned Enterprise they didn’t have a car available. So much for calling ahead. I got a loaner from Morehart then had to return it the next day to get an available rental. I also asked for an alignment check, was told it was checked out but my car still veers off to the side that was hit. Not impressed. I do appreciate the repair and detailing!
