My car looks beautiful you did a wonderful job with the body work & that is why I returned to Beems for the work. My disappointment is due to the fact that I have no idea what was repaired except for the paperwork which I don't fully understand. I don't understand why nobody walked outside with me and showed me what repairs were taken care of. I also didn't know a supplemental claim was filed with my insurance company. Lastly it seemed like a big ordeal to pay for the repairs. I was asked to bring the insurance check which had already been deposited in my account because I had a glass repair done first. Then I was asked for the receipt for the glass repair which I have no idea why you would need that and then finally was told oh yeah you can just pass the remaining balance which is what I thought I would pay anyways whatever was due you for work done. For the small amount of repairs that were done you had my car for an exceptionally long time (**** month).

Best in the business. The only company I trust with my vehicle repairs. Another great job!

As I was satisfied what was upsetting to me was that the only concern that the gentleman in charge of our repair seemed to have was his clock with USAA. At no time did he mention wanting us to get our vehicle back due to any reason other than a timeline with the insurance company. I felt like he did not care about us, just the insurance company. I understand making the insurance company is important in your business, but he could of kept it to himself and made me feel like he cared about me, which he never did. Also, he made me do the leg work for getting my vehicle to the dealer, this included calling the dealer to schedule repair and call his tow company to schedule that. I feel these are things he should of sone since they were oart of the repair. Additionally he was calling me for uodates o dealer reoairs and wanted me to track that instead of following up on his own. I guess I say all of that to get to this point, as the reoairs are good thus far the customer service was poor at best. I will be sending a message like this to the insurance company also.

I have trusted Beems with doing the repairs on my truck for the last 10 years. You couldn't ask for a greater staff of people. Always friendly and helpful, I recommend my friends to them because I trust them and their quality of work is above and beyond.
