I came in to get my bumper replaced. The new bumper did was not the same as my old bumper. I had black Toyota badges on the front and back. Now the front badge on the new bumper is silver. It looks a little silly to have black on the back and silver on the front.
Brett did a fantastic job. Even if my truck was in for longer than it was supposed to be, Brett updated my with emails and phone calls. He checked my entire truck when I got rear ended, even things you wouldn’t know could be messed up. Great job team you did good.

who helped me was extremely easy to talk to and very friendly.

Very informative, courteous and professional throughout my whole experience.
The car looks great and everyone was very nice to work with. However it took longer than I expected. They had my car for a few days before sending the message that they were ordering parts. I would prefer not having to drop the car off before they were ready to begin the process so I wouldn’t have to pay so many days for a rental car.
Being in a car accident was very stressful and then having to coordinate car repairs, a rental car and insurance payments tripled the stress. But the people at Larry H **** were professional, friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately parts were not available resulting in the (personal) finical liability in renting a car for an additional 7 days.
I had a terrible rep named Brett to begin with. Didn’t return my calls. Didn’t update the progress. I was out of town and the text said the truck would be done the Aug 22. Because no one returned my calls or text messages not updated I cut trip short. Finally my husband went into the office. We were assigned a new rep named James Cherry who was so much better. He did return calls and the work was finally completed Aug 31. Because of the first week and poor service with Brett our overall experience was not good. James very good.

It took a little longer than we expected but overall we're happy about it. The car looks great and was nice and clean when we picked it up.
My car had no gasoline. It was on E. It wasn’t empty when it was dropped off. I got into the middle lane and I started looking for a Gas station. But I couldn’t find one soon enough. It was very stressful. I think it would have been helpful to have a little gas in the tank to go home.
Great follow up by the team at LHM. I was concerned at first but would highly recommend your company for repairs.
