Our experience with Cline Collision was excellent. Estimate time was super quick wand easy. Once the estimate was received, set setting up an appointment to fix the vehicle was extremely easy. Ben was amazing. He explained the details and kept us informed during the fixing and insurance claim process.
Ion today’s world this kind of customer service is rare. We were ecstatic to find Cline and will be returning for any future car repair needs.

4.99 stars. The single thing that would have made it better is if your staff had mentioned that the carpool lane stickers were in the back seat (cut out of the old rear bumper). I didn't see them until a week later, at which point I realized I need to figure out how to get replacements.

The post feedback is that the repair work looks great. It is a new bumper so cno repair was really done, the former bumper had to be removed.The only part of the process that I didn't like was the initial car rental experience with Enterprise Rental.

There are 2 unresolved is issues. The right front parking sensors does not turn off until the car is going straight.
There is scraping sound when we accelerate the car.
