I was told to come and pick up my vehicle at 8:00 a.m. I did get there by 7:58 and the car was not there. I had to come back at another time to pick it up since it was at Les Schwab having a wheel problem attended to. Came back later to have the car cleaned. The car wash guy didn' show up, his wife was not well. I was asked to set a time for washing the car because my wife had left the lot with my pickup. I still have not had the vehicle cleaned (my fault) The weather has not been the best to clean and scrub the car. John S

It took twice as long to complete than estimated. Part was sent to the wrong dealership and ended up being the wrong part. Still had to have the car sent to VW to have setting fixed, which not all features are working. Staff was friendly and I did like the text updates.

I am disatified with my experience at Doherty Ford because I received poor customer service from the employees. I was not updated on the status of my vehicle when I was told I would be. And it took almost two months for my vehicle to be finished. Overall I am disappointed with the staff's demeanor and work ethic.
