The sweet lady whom helped us went above and beyond her job so many times. Our claim was a mess yet every time she I had a question or concern she went the extra mile to help. I wish I had caught her name because she brought a little peace into our life in a time when there is such chaos. Her sweet smile and brightness brought such joy to the rest of my day I literally didn’t care my car was totaled and what a headache it might be because the lady who was helping made the process so smooth despite the insurance company being extremely difficult.

Lia, your auto body shop did a very wonderful job. She forgot ihe installation of my ne license plates, yet was gracious enough to apologize and asked me to come in Thursday or Monday to complete the installation.

The quarter panel wasn’t prsped right not enough paint on it . You scratched the emblem on the back tailgate and left swirl marks on the door garbage from the paint room was thrown in the bed of the truck .You can see where the bedliner was cut in might have required a dollars worth more of material to do it properly instead there was a piece of tape ran diagonally downit & it’s thicker Application this is a very non-professional job that sticks out now like a sore thumb . Job was supposed to be done earlier it was even presented to enterprise that it was done before it was done that’s been taken care of by the customer me which I shouldn’t of had to do the paperwork should’ve been up to date
