Only thing I would change is the estimate for when I would get the truck back. Instead of 3 days it took 9 days. As a result I needed to get a rental but all rentals were taken due to the holidays. Managing expectations is critical.

ABX took 3 weeks today repair the car. When I dropped the car off it had a full tank of gas. When I got it back, the tank was a quarter full. Also the side view mirrors no longer fold in when the car is locked. DISHONEST AND SLOPPY.
