Your staff made my first traffic accident experience seem effortless. Since the tie I dropped off my Rav4 til the time I picked it up after completion, your staff kept me updated on the progress by either e-mail or phone calls. As always, your great customer service eased the inconvenience. And, just because I don't meet the staff who actually fixed my car doesn't mean I don't send my thanks to them as well. Car ready two days earlier than estimated, you arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental - that's such a nice extra, saving me the rental return I'd expected to have to do myself. While I wish the other driver had never backed into my car, you and USAA and Enterprise made it as painless as possible. Thanks again, also for the fruit ice bar and candies.
