I was kept informed the entire time my car was getting repaired. Mia was extremely friendly and was willing to answer any questions I had. My car was supposed to take 15 days to get repaired but they finished in 11!!

The repairs are very good, completely satisfied with the quality of work. I felt like it took too long to complete the repairs. I was frustrated getting texts saying my car was getting progressed... when showed up after two weeks and the texts saying my car was to be completed to find the work had not even been started.

I was happy to receive the car but came to find out that over $8,000 and less than 10 miles later my car started to slowdown on the freeway and and came to a stop. The hood was smoking and I called the Center and was told to bring the car the next day. I had to use my Christmas money to pay the Tow truck that had to take my vehicle to a safe place. Once at my place I opened my car’s hood and noticed that there were some containers that didn’t have any liquids in. I don’t know if that was what caused the car to heat but it makes me think that my car wasn’t checked properly and even less, was ready to be released. The next day... I called the Collition Center and the person in charge was very apologetic, I told him I paid a tow truck for my broke down car and he said to send a copy of the receipt with the Tow driver he was sending to get my car so that I could get my reimbursement for it, that it would take about 2 days to process. I thought I was going to get my money back immediately, but didn’t. Then,I mentioned to him about the empty container in the car, I said that there were no liquids on the radiator container. He mentioned that he thought that the guys had driven the car enough to heat up and then he was supposed to put the liquids on the containers, and that that was he’s fault. I also let him know that I provided the copy of the receipt to the Towing guy and he said for me to come for the car on Monday morning. I asked at what time in the morning? He said about 11, because he had to check if there was anything else wrong. Monday morning, 11:07am I called and was transferred to his extension, didn’t get an answer, I called again and jus asked at what time were they closing an the lady said she thought that they were closing about two pm. I got there at around 12 noon. The manager was at his office and said that the car was not ready, that they still working on it. Took me to the back so I can see where it was. There was one person working on the car. Seem frustrated because couldn’t find the problem. The car was being tested and was still getting hot. So, I asked the manager if it was going to ready that day and he said that everyone was working on it and that no one could find the problem. So then I asked him about my reimbursement on the Towing that I had paid and then now he comes with a different story. Now he said that he has a new receipt for the insurance company because the car broke down on the freeway because a broken hose, (not because of their negligence) they didn’t see it the first time. Now, I’m getting mad and inpatient because I’m feeling like I’m getting the runaround, the hot potato,etc. I told him that I needed the towing money I had paid, I have more than a month waiting for the car, I need the car to get around, how long is it goin to take them to fix it? Do I have to wait a year? I’m paying the insurance and the car payments and I’m not using it. It’s really frustrating!
