Came to pick up the Civic tonight at 9:30 pm and it wouldn't start. I know it isn't from the cold because it has been starting all winter and it isn't even that cold tonight. Not sure what the issue is - didn't see any interior lights on or anything else that would have drained the battery. Is it possible there is a mechanical issue with the car following the body work that was completed? We left the car there tonight and dropped the key back into your key drop. Please check it tomorrow morning and see what the issue is, so we can get it corrected before we pick up Thursday afternoon. Thanks -

In addition to doing a fine job on fixing my car, they were kind enough to clean my car inside and out and also put air in a tire that has a slow leak. Thanks for doing that little extra. I do appreciate it.

I will be calling over the weekend. The bumper is not correct and tge hatch is off center. There also seems to be over spray on my quarter panels. The truck was also not clean. Still has alot of the pink powder from the writing in addition to alot of sticky glue type substances.

As always, CLA delivered on their promise and then some. The vehicle was repaired perfectly and done 2 days early. I appreciated getting back a clean vehicle, inside and out! They were great. Hertz could be improved. Took three times to get the correct car. Manager is great staffing can be improved. Elderly guys were great. When I returned the car they put it away when I clearly still had my stuff in it including a car seat which I don't know how you miss. They had to go back and get the car for me to get my stuff
