Repair was extended do to a head light which when received was the wrong one.
It extended repairs for three days. I received explanation after calling to see what was the delay.

When I picked up my suv, i had noticed a part if the molding below the door that was replaced was not in place, told joey who was helping me. He went over, pushed on it stating there was two sided tape and pushed it in. Well i took it home and now its coming off again and wish he had tajen the time to get it fixed. Now I have to bring my car back a second time to get it looked at, and I no longer have my rental car. Felt like i was being brushed off with something that should of bern fixed.

Joey Fouts was my collision advisor and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I received periodic updates on how my repair was moving along. When I picked up my vehicle it was super clean and ready to go!
I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Infiniti for their body shop repairs.

I dealt mainly with joy. He does his work with all of his attention. He cares about his customers and wants them to be 100 pct satisfied. I enjoyed dealing with him.
