If it were not for the persistance of your team, the insurance company would have gone for a half-**** job. Allstate really needs to improve their game. The first adjuster said there was $7K worth of damage, it finally
got fixed the right way for $19K. Someone at Allstate needs to explain that to me. Thanks, Barbara

The work was completed in a timely manner and was done properly but during the clean up of the inside of our vehicle it was discovered that 2 floor mats were not put back as well as the the daylight sensor was broken and never noted or told to us . We drove home and on the way discovered those discrepancies. I called and left a voicemail and was never contacted back.. I had to call and ask about what happend and was told I would get a call back after it was looked into.... Still waiting on that call back..

Original estimate was for a possible three week fix. Wasn't a problem as I have rental coverage. Had my car back in just over one week and it looks great!

The team was very professional. Eric did an excellent job with his estimate with thorough details about what would need to be replaced, along with "best guess" answers for possible damage that may not have been visible.
I appreciate the speed of turnaround on the repairs.
As a suggestion, you may want to advertise that Enterprise Rentals and your company work closely and what a customer could do between your companies (pick up/drop off of rentals, etc). Eric said I could drop off my rental at your shop, but not knowing that you had a working relationship with Enterprise made me a little hesitant to do that. Also, I didn't know that Enterprise could stage vehicles at your shop for pick up. That would have been good to know. It didn't detract from my experience, it would have made it that much better than it was.
Eric communicated well. That is the key to good service.
