The work done is super great. The email estimate was wrong so I requested a corrected one which was never provided or even responded to. When I picked up car, they still had wrong info despite earlier explanations and had to call insurer to confirm while I waited. Everyone was nice but your system needs updating (maybe a signed post it note?) to account for this problem with State Farm. I love that you’re close to Hertz but I didn’t realize I could walk over so I waited a while for the driver to pickup.

Was not told about 2% credit card surcharge prior to picking up car, despite the numerous texts and phone calls. I did not bring car in so was never informed of it. Had I been, I would have paid a different way. This ruined an otherwise good experience. I'd love to have that refunded.
