The geico text updates were useless. "Your car is happy" are you kidding me? Thanks for assuming I'm so ignorant I couldn't appreciate an update like "your bumper is being painted." Bottom line; service is good, text updates are insulting.

Everything was fine except a defect in the front bumper. I told the adjuster about it before I even got in the car. He said he was going to note my account and I am to call once the weather clears up to have the issue rectified. He also came out to look at the bumper. Other than that everything else was fine
