I wish communication was better. I believe my car was finished about a week prior to pick up and I never received a call. I had called the dealership because my 30 day rental limit on my policy was almost up in a few days. When I called they informed me that my vehicle had been ready, when I asked how long it has been ready, no one was really sure, they said it finished the test to make sure the camera, lane departure & other features were completed on 9/12 which would lead me to believe that’s the last thing they complete before sending it back to the owners. Wasn’t the happiest with having to pay for an extra week of my rental car since my insurance only covers 80% of the cost per day for a max of 30 days.
