I was given a three dsy eindow for repair. Then when i called about picking up my car i was advised that a bracket wasnt ordered and had to be shipped from PA. That added two more days and an extra 70 in car rental fees to my bill (out of picket). So satisfied yes. Completely satisfied no. The actual collision work was done properly.
