I was informed my vehicle was ready, when I arrived only to find my vehicle had rubber particles on all seats of my suv. This was an outside repair, and should not have expose the interior. I felt my vehicle should have been inspected by staff before calling me to pick it up. Also I was just given my keys by the receptionist without anyone showing me the repairs. She just said, “here you go” as she handed me the keys, then I had to walk to my vehicle without staff and find it dirty inside. Later staff heard my complaint and offered to blow the particles out of the vehicle, this experience made me late for another appointment that same day.

Chris the manager was soooooo amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. He is so amazing! We just picked up the car, its 9pm, and we realized the headlights dont work. We took it home so he can get to work tomorrow, but we would like those fixed please. Also the plastic trim surrounding lock tumbler and door handle on driver side is very loose. We will need to bring it back for those last things and we are all set! Thank you, Chris, so much!!!

Started receiving texts that my car would be ready a week ago Thursday. Got the same texts Friday, Monday, Tuesday. When I dropped my car off a week ago; I said that I was scheduled to be out of town Tuesday (Yesterday) was told no problem, car would be ready by Friday. I had to cancel my plans and re-schedule at the last minute. Would NEVER deal with your store again.

I picked up my car and it seemed fine until I drove off and it is completely out of alignment and when I arrived home, my key faub was broken, which it has never been broken before and they buttons are literally pushed in. I am very upset.

No need to call. Took 5 weeks and **** day to complete work. Lack of communication. Got truck back speaker wasnt attached we ended up taking it to a speaker place to hook back up just doenat run the same but that's to be expected with an all new frame.

The convenience of the rental car was the best part of my experience. I was given a completion date of 8 days and it winded up taking 4 weeks. Then I had to leave it another day to reweld exhaust bracket and to fix the exhaust weld on tail pipes
