Was very excited to see that the inside was cleaned although all of the damage was to outside of the car.... it’s the little things! Thanks everyone for taking great care of my car and making it whole again.

It would be better if the automatic email updates sent to me were accurate. I received an email that my car was done and ready for pickup a full day before it was ready. Then I had to call to find out the next day if it was done. No one called to notify me. Otherwise it was a great job, my car looks awesome. Thank you!

Minor repair took longer than expected but I had a rental.
Excellent service all around
It took three weeks to repair the glass and minor dent on molding. Even after 3 weeks, newly installed glass had a deep scratch with several other minor scratches. Also, on up/down of the glass there was a strange sound. Maybe something inside is scratching the glass and making squeaky sound. The guy who was inspecting with me noticed and told me they will replace the glass next week.
I am highly disappointed and frustrated.
Svc was good. Only thing is lack of response to text mssgs.

High quality work, but original estimate was for 12 days, ultimately it was in the shop 35 days. Too long.

I received regular text updates until Honda was waiting to hear from Safeco Insurance when they determined my car needed additional parts. I was please with how my car was repaired. When I picked up my car it looked new. Honda detailed the car which I really appreciated. Thank you for doing outstanding work.
Communication between Safeco and Executive was out of sync. I had to do much of the legwork. This is not a complaint about Executive per se, but the process lasted a long time and was frustrating.
I need to return the car. Can barely move the sunroof shade. it is as bad or worse than when so brought it in.
Every question was answered I was well informed and I would highly recommend
