Jose B **** was great! He walked me through the process, and I was very happy with the end result. One area for improvement would be the details of the paperwork, as it caused me to have to ask some clarification questions (which made me feel like a stickler) and it made paying for the work take just a bit longer than probably is typical. Excellent experience overall, and I would absolutely recommend to work with Jose and Service King. Thank you!

Overall, pleased with my experience at Service King Oakland. The texted updates could have been better when my vehicle finish dates were delayed but that wasn’t that big of a deal. I did really appreciate the manager going above and beyond to assure me that despite the issues I had with the rental company stopping coverage Service King went ahead and covered the remaining cost. Thank you Service King Oakland for getting my car back to me. The repairs look amazing.

My only complaint is that it took almost a month to get an appointment to bring the car in and then a whole month to get it back - 2 months.The pickup date kept getting postponed. It looks great, seems to drive just fine & Irene was responsive &pleasant. Glad to finally get my car back!

First, I will say that the repairs on the car are great. Thank you for fixing it! I guess my criticism has to do with communication on when the car will be done. I received several emails throughout the process, which at first seemed good. But after receiving an email on 12/31, saying that you were "nearing completion", I ultimately did not get my car back 9 days later. The date just seemed to be getting pushed back without much explanation. So other than the less-than-honest completion dates, I was happy with the service.

The communication was out standing,and I was always informed about what was going on with my car. I appreciate the fact they returned my cleaner than I dropped it off. I wasn't expecting a full detail of my car. I would return there anytime and recommend my any of my friends to take their car there.
