Ask the service advisor to look at another scratch on the drivers side. He said he would have it buffed out and it should not be a big deal. Picked up the car today nothing was even attempted. He now says it requires way more work. My complaint is why I would have gladly paid extra to have the work done while it was at the shop. Now he wants us to leave the car for another 3-4 days to fix the additional work. Also he came off a bit cocky while saying it was a misunderstanding. I feel that if he's the expert there should not have been a misunderstanding.

They accidentally sanded a little part next to the rear bumper they worked on a size of 2/8 of an inch in circle and they leave it without touching it up.

Completely dissatisfied; please answer why these happened
- after reaching home, on the next day my car was not starting. The betray is gone. What did you guys do with battery ?
- where are the service records papers and previous battery replacement warranty cards taken away?
- where is trash bin I kept inside the car???
- where is the magnetic cell phone holder I kept inside the car???
- where is the selfie stick I had kept inside the dash?
- where is the jump start kit I had been keeping inside the car?
At least please give me the documents back
