When I first brought my vehicle in for repair, I noticed several things that define exemplary service. The front customer service area was very clean and smiling faces greeted me at the door. From that moment, the whole experience went uphill. The gentleman at the service desk that received my vehicle initially was extremely helpful and explained the whole process to me. As my vehicle was getting repaired, I received text messages updating on the progress along the way. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I saw my vehicle shine like it came off the showroom floor of a new car dealership. Again, the customer service I received when picking up my vehicle was absolutely verifiably second to none. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and thanked me for my business.
