Tesla - car was not charged with at least what it had when I brought it in, so had to find a charging station just to make it home. Hand washed car afterwards and found areas on the windows and back of car by repair that have a dull overspray and tape marks on body that will not wipe off. I thought all painting and clear coat were done with the parts of the car not after it’s reassembled. Very poor job of protecting the rest of the vehicle from overspray. Very dissatisfied on the quality and workmanship. Car not back to original condition as expected.

My rear driver side window that was removed for painting will not close properly and sounds like the window is wide open.
There is still vandal paint on door handles and door handle cups.
Other than that I was completely satisfied and satisfied with the communication, other than what was mentioned above it looks great.
I need the window corrected but can let the door handle and door handle cups go.

James gave an exemplary customer service. Simply awesome. The commitment with which he followed up with Geico was commendable. Even when the Geico adjuster did delay few days, James kept going and pushed the envelope to deliver my car ahead of the promised date. James just took my perception of Service king brand to the next level. Thanks James pleasure working with you. Your knowledge on Tesla cars is very solid. I would recommend any Tesla owner to bring their car to service king without hesitation. Parts order was Very well planned by James and overall execution was of excellent quality.
