There were numerous flaws in the paint repair in the front passenger side. Also, the edge of the dent repair on the hood was not repainted and is rough in spots. There was a residue left on the passenger side door that I tried to remove with dish soap and water and I can’t get it completely off. I was disappointed and would rate the work as average at best.

Took WAY to long. Got truck back and realised my horn and heater/ac does not work. Assume unplugged. No attention to detail. Second time this type thing has happened at 2 different locations

My experience with this Service King location was excellent. Austin kept me in the loop with the progress of the repair. The finished repair was done very well. Overall I was extremely pleased with the customer service and overall quality of the repair. They also worked with Farmers very well so there was not any frustrations with that part either. Good job.
