Everything was completed way before the time frame I was given. All of the people that I came into contact with was willing to explain the steps that would happen and were patient with me. Surprised that I heard normal and proper language from all with all customers. It is a nice and refreshing atmosphere to be around. I was offered refreshments while I waited for additional help and treated respectfully. I was walked to my vehicle and thanked for trusting their company to do the repair work. I truly felt appreciated.

Thus far I have had to take my vehicle back twice for additional/warranty work. Each time, updates on work progress was poor to non-existant and all communication and follow-up fell to me. The people, from the Manger on down, were all very pleasant when I would contact them... But they need to do a better job keeping customers in the loop. - As my 2nd trip back was for warranty repair to blistered paint (less than 6 weeks after initial repair) I will say that I am concerned about the quality of the work/finish and I desperately hope that it will last (this time) and I won't need to take more time off work and return, yet again, with the vehicle.

Updates from the co. look like they are auto responses. I had several special circumstances that were not communicated as quickly as I thought they should be. Maybe there are reasons for that but I felt the updates ccould have been more specific and timely.
