The repair of my vehicle appears to have been excellent. The customer service was less than satisfactory. While I did receive some text updates regarding the repair, I called the service center several times requesting a return call and never received a call back. The front desk personnel were not friendly or very helpful when I called. I was disappointed in the lack of communication.
