The CW show Supernatural has gathered a massive following, and aside from Sam, Dean, an Cass the fourth star of the show is "Baby," Dean's 1967 Impala. Almost a member of the family, Baby has been wrecked and patched up almost as many times as the Winchesters themselves. Dean and his car share an almost preternatural bond, and as far as vehicles go he made a great choice. We and our partners at Service King Fort Worth of Fort Worth, TX have a great affinity for classic cars, and this model is no exception.

When the show premiered, you could purchase a used 67' Impala for about $500. Due to the popularity of the show, the price of a restored one has gone up between $20,000 and $50,000. For reference, a new one would only run you about $30,000. 

The 1967 model was a thing of beauty. It packs a 6.5 liter, 325 HP engine and has a distinctive engine rev that drives enthusiasts crazy. It may not be fuel efficient, but it's powerful and beautiful. It wasn't the first choice for the show, though. The original script called for a 1965 Mustang, but creator Eric Kripke made a last minute change to the Impala due to increased trunk space. If you've ever seen the insane amount of gear the Winchesters pack, every inch counts.
