I fell it took to long and you did not have the right equipment for repairs to an aluminum body. I was not aware of that the Spring location was the only location that is equipped with the right equipment. All else was very good.

The staff was very friendly. The repair was done before the date they quoted it would be done. Chris stayed 30 minutes after they were closed just so I could pick up my car. That kept me from having to pay any out of pocket for the rental car. He didn't have to do that, but was very much appreciated.

There were a few hiccups along the way. They advised me my vehicle was finish and rush me to pick up the vehicle and return the rental but to my surprise when I arrive the paint job was messed up with markings that someone had either bumped into her or item where there was chips in the paint the scratching that was on the trunk was not complete. When I was to pick up the vehicle the second time they had not repair the reverse mirror or reverse camera. I finally picked up my vehicle on Saturday August 30th after 2 and ****/2 Weeks. The customer service was not of the most high. I can't say that I would or would not use your service if needed again but I was not completely satisfied at this last encounter
