The experience with the company was disappointing from the get go. After dropping off the vehicle I was told the pick up date was 09/28. That sounded reasonable to me. I then received an update stating it wouldn’t be ready until 10/21. The insurance company assured me that was wrong but after contacting your company I found out it was indeed right. I asked to pick up the vehicle because that was now a 7.5 week repair. I was told the vehicle had been taken apart and parts ordered and I would have to incur those costs prior to collecting the vehicle. I feel that the new date should have been communicated so I could agree before taking the vehicle apart.
I contacted the front desk to express my concerns that this repair was longer than I was first told. Nicki informed me that my vehicle is not the only one in the shop and they can’t just work on mine all day long so it will take as long as it takes.
I had been receiving automated text messages about the vehicle and I got one saying the vehicle would be ready for pickup 10/21. I showed up on that date to interact with Nicki once again. She informed me those messages were inaccurate and unless I got a call from them the vehicle wasn’t ready. Why send out automated messages if they are inaccurate?
The vehicle was finally ready on 10/28. I was offered a $30 Starbucks gift card in exchange for giving 10’s on the survey. No thank you. Your lack of communication resulted in my vehicle in essence being held hostage and your front desk employee Nicki has been nothing but rude with every interaction. I will never use your shop again and will highly discourage others from doing so.

The repairs look great! Nicki kept me well informed and the work was done sooner than I expected, which helps because I didn't need a rental car.

What we were dissatisfied with is the very end of the process- we were called 5 work days ahead of projected to inform us the car was done. On Wed. Chris personally called & said on target for the 8th and maybe a day or two early. Then on Thursday an automated email came saying on target for the 8th. Then, to my surprise, I got a call around noon on Friday the 2nd saying "done" That would have been OK if I could have left it at the facility until Monday without charges for the rental car. I had to cancel an appointment and leave early in order to return the rental car. The auto-notification really did more harm than good! We were annoyed that we had to scramble at last minute to pick up the car.
